U.S. Bank was looking to develop some of its first free-standing locations in the St Louis market. SSC worked closely with the client and architect to develop the banks new facility in Maryland Heights. The site had very tight constraints as well as local regulations that made it difficult to locate site structures as well as flow of traffic.
