SSC Engineering is currently seeking candidates in Chesterfield, MO to fill a Lead BIM modeler/technician position. You will be responsible for the layout, coordination, design and detailing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing assemblies including but not limited to commercial, industrial and healthcare buildings.
Specific position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
3+ years of experience
Proficient experience using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks Manage
Good communication and time management skills, with ability to successfully work in a team environment
Ability to work closely with engineers and project managers to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications:
Lead: Lead Coordination efforts among multiple disciplines
Design: Generates creative solutions; translates concepts and information into images; uses feedback to modify designs; applies design principles; demonstrates attention to detail
Effective communication skills: Able to perform work and job function with precision and accuracy; realizes errors can have significate impact on desired results and is able to avoid errors in almost all circumstances; carefully monitors processes; concentrates on details and organizes and maintains a system of records
Technical degree or Bachelors degree in applicable field required
