SSC Engineering, a nationally recognized, locally-owned consulting engineering firm has a great opportunity in our Chesterfield, MO office for a part-time Marketing Coordinator. SSC Engineering focuses on providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and fire protection engineering on a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients nationwide and is seeking an individual who can assist the company's marketing efforts and enhance the quality of product being provided.
Position Overview:
Coordinate the overall look of all SSC marketing material.
Respond to Request for Proposals and Request for Qualification in collaboration SSC senior staff.
Implement ideas and provide updates to website and social media.
Analyze effectiveness of current advertising and provide insight where required.
Assist in development of presentations and associated materials, included PowerPoint presentations and marketing flyers.
Assist in pursuing awards and special recognition.
Develop and implement a client public relations program.
Provide client news alerts and updates.
Work with local publications as requested.
Assist in the implementation of SSC's business plan with Principals in the office.
Properly organize and manage firm's profiles, resumes and marketing material for easy access and use.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Flexible hours and schedule.
Partial work remote environment.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with marketing emphasis.
Two years previous experience in a related engineering, architectural or construction firm.
Ability to work well under pressure with flexibility and adaptability to change priorities and assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate experience in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
