Project Scope
SSC provided consulting engineering for the complete renovation of an existing 3,500 sf branch office of UMB Bank in Columbia, Missouri. SSC was challenged with re-purposing as much of the existing building mechanical and electrical systems as possible to help meet a tight budget. SSC designed all the new data, voice, TV and security systems for the renovated spaces. Project was completed in multiple phases to maintain operation.
