The community is comprised of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residences. Detailed Code Review Analysis with Local Jurisdiction amendments. Incorporation of previous Project Value Engineering to keep Construction Cost in line with overall Project Budget. Coordination with Architect to meet Owners desired Building Energy Efficiency. Coordination with General Contractor and Sub Contractors to ensure construction proceeds at the desired pace and milestone dates are kept on track.
