Project Scope
Cooperative Headquarters with office, warehouse, vehicle maintenance and server room spaces. HVAC system included geothermal heat pump system with full DDC control. Operations wing - Vehicle and equipment storage, including 11 pull-thru covered vehicle storage bays; warehouse with mechanical and storage platforms; 2 bay vehicle maintenance area with interior wash bay; 4 bay 6,000 sf enclosed vehicle storage building; and 7,500 sf enclosed material storage building.
