Project Scope
The project consisted of a new mixed-use building that includes 200 apartments. The construction consisted of a ground level slab on grade parking, ground level retail, ground level apartment and clubhouse. The second story has a fitness center with residential units, the third and fourth floor are all residential units, the fifth floor is residential units with amenities deck and pool. The general construction is wood over podium level, while the podium level construction is concrete over steel beams.
