Project Scope
This project includes a new 50,000 sf 1-story structure to house a training center with an attached 2-story 18,500 sf educational building. The training facility contains wet labs, computer labs, training rooms, offices, open shop, lecture area and welding training areas. The facility will be used to train new apprentices in the trade and provide current members with continuing education classes.
