Project Scope
Renovation of an 8,000 sf station including bunks, kitchen, day room and modifications to the apparatus bay. Design of new state-of-the-art alert system to reduce response time and increase awareness of call details. Replacement of generator and electrical infrastructure to increase building reliability. Energy efficiency upgrades to HVAC and lighting to reduce on-going costs. This project is currently in the design phase.
