Project Scope Design included renovation of the existing structures with new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Interior renovation consisted of new space allocations, finishes, lighting, data and telecom systems, access control, video surveillance, fire alarm, CATV, BAS, and life safety improvements.
