Project Scope
Full building renovation to four historic H style barracks. Buildings contain offices, training, and educational facilities. All buildings were damaged by a hurricane and required new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. 27,000 sf (each building). The buildings required extensive structural repairs to the load bearing stud system due to corrosion and previous building modifications. SSC served as the Engineer of Record.
