Project Scope
Renovation of historic church sanctuary. Lighting design included all new dimmable LED sanctuary lighting with new lighting control panel, emergency lighting inverter system and new branch circuitry. Photometric lighting calculations were performed to ensure code required emergency egress light levels were achieved. Design of the renovations included upgrades including replacing the air cooled chiller and associated pumps, piping, controls. The air side upgrades included replacing air handlers, fan coil units, finned tube radiators and associated controls.
