Project Scope
Design and construction of new 4-story wood framed luxury apartment building, including a precast parking garage. Consists of 212 living units and 375 parking spaces, with 304 of the spaces being in a 3-story parking garage. Amenities include a clubhouse, cantina, coffee bar, fitness area, outdoor courtyards, pool and spa deck and a roof top terrace.
