Project Scope
HVACR research and training collaboration between Emerson and the University of Dayton. Center consisted of laboratories focusing on Emerson’s market segments residence, supermarket, restaurant, data center and commercial air conditioning. Building also includes classrooms and training facilities. The Helix achieved LEED® certification.
