Project Scope
The Cuivre River Electric Cooperative comprised of a new 2 story - 34,900 sf office space that will house administrative offices, central operations center, community room and various supporting rooms. The new office is adjacent to the existing warehouse vehicle storage and maintenance building that remained. Other additions included a new 10,800 sf vehicle storage, 7,000 sf for the south warehouse and 4,200 sf for vehicle maintenance PEMB additions. Modifications to the existing PEMB warehouses on site included upgrades to heating, ventilation and adding fire protection.
