Project Scope
Project consisted of a new office, warehouse addition and renovation, and new vehicle canopy. The new office structure, which is 15,800 sf, was prioritized over the remainder of the project in order to allow Consolidated to remain operational during the entire project. The warehouse addition and renovation totaled 16,000 sf. Facility includes 1,500 sf hardened spaces.
