This new four-story higher education facility integrates specialized learning, clinical, and gathering spaces in line with the STLCC Transformed initiative to modernize facilities and meet the job training and retraining demands in Missouri. The building houses a full-service dental clinic, anatomy and radiology labs, and an ambulance simulation lab, along with flexible indoor-outdoor gathering spaces. Accessibility and inclusive design were central to the project. SSC provided structural engineering.
