Residence Inn at Clayton

This new extended-stay hotel required an innovative approach to navigating material shortages and supply chain challenges. The project team developed and implemented a cast-in-place concrete structural solution in lieu of structural steel, helping maintain project progress. On the constrained urban site, SSC designed a tower crane foundation and water detention vault to accommodate construction. SSC provided structural engineering services for the project.
