Multi-phase community park redevelopment to replace aging, century-old facilities with modern amenities and revitalized park grounds. The project includes a new aquatic center, gymnasium, amphitheater, ADA-accessible playground, park trail, and upgraded restrooms.

The Aquatic Center & Pool features a six-lane competition pool, beach-entry leisure pool, splash pad, water slide tower, ninja obstacle course, bathhouse, pool mechanical building, concessions, party room, and Parks and Recreation Department offices. The Katy Cavins Community Center includes a new gymnasium with multi-function courts, teaching kitchen, flexible function spaces, and serves as a summer camp program hub.
