New fleet facilities at five St. Louis County district offices, including covered fleet parking, a dedicated wash bay, and five three-sided covered storage shed buildings. The buildings provide weather protection for fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and general materials while enhancing storage capacity and operational efficiency. To date, three of the seven planned buildings have been completed.
