Apache Village RV (AVRV) has expanded its operations with a new facility in O’Fallon, Missouri. AVRV is a family-owned business that has been serving travelers since 1976.
Situated on a 10-acre site, the new purpose-built facility will increase inventory capacity, expand service capability, and improve accessibility for customers across the region.
SSC provided structural design of the 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) shop, a 6,000-square-foot conventional stick-built sales and office space, and a 4,000-square-foot parts mezzanine. The structural steel framing was designed to meet local wind and seismic requirements, and the facility features a three-hour fire wall separating the shop and office areas.
