Project Scope
Addition and renovation project that included 3 new trauma rooms, 11 treatment rooms, additional waiting space, 2 new nurse’s stations, restrooms, clean and soiled utility, break room, med rooms, decontamination room and a new boiler room. Two new redundant, dual-fuel propane and natural gas boilers were added for hot water heating and the existing rooftop unit was replaced with a new larger unit to serve the entire existing and expanded E.D. spaces. A new emergency power distribution panel and ATS were added to serve the increased load. The existing utility transformer had to be relocated to accommodate the new footprint of the building.
