Project Scope
SSC provided full service engineering design of a new elementary school and district wide safety and security renovations. The new elementary school included an ICC-500 storm shelter. The mechanical and plumbing scopes included HVAC load calculations with duct layout and sizing for new and renovated spaces, selection of HVAC equipment and diffusers. Back-up generator design and fire pump design and coordination. All designs included allocation for future expansion of the (3) wings.
