Project Scope
New facility for infants to Pre-K, includes administrative area, multi-purpose room/kitchen and pods/classrooms. Safety attributes included fully sprinklered building, voice evacuation fire alarm with back up communication, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Efficiency features include high efficient LED lighting, hot water re-circulation loops to limit water waste, lighting controls with photocells and programmable scheduling, space conditioning provided by a zoned variable refrigerant volume system and dedicated ventilation with energy recovery.
