Project Scope
Renovated Research Lab spaces for several uses. A portion of the space was designed for a new CLIA certified lab. Another area of the lab was upgraded to accommodate additional DNA sequencing equipment. SSC provided all the mechanical and electrical utility support for all (7) DNA sequencers within the lab. The wet lab area included new chemical fume hoods which required an upgrade to the building exhaust system to meet the latest BSL2 requirements and fume exhaust system design requirements.
